Abortion and the Escape From Reason

EMILY’S ABORTION VIDEO from Emily Letts on Vimeo.

“I talk to women all the time and they’re like, ‘Of course everyone feels bad about this. Of course everyone’s gonna feel guilty.’ It’s a given how people should feel about this, that what they’re doing is wrong. But I don’t feel like a bad person. I don’t feel sad. I feel in awe of the fact that I can make a baby. I can make a life. I knew that what I was gonna do was right. Because it was right for me and no one else.”

Emily acknowledges that her unborn child was “a life” but suppresses any hint of remorse for taking that life. Here is her argument: 1) I can make a life. 2) taking that life was right for me and no one else (especially her child). 3) Therefore, If it feels right to you, taking an innocent life is morally virtuous. (?!?)

There seems to be a breakdown in basic reasoning skills in the post postmodern generation.

  1. Ellen Boswinkel says:

It came out that she is an actress. She didn’t had an abortion at all.
It’s obvious a promotion from The occult.
No woman with a real abortion would react like she does.

  2. jay sprueill says:

STOP, THINK, Is what I feel is right, or is what GOD feels is right important. Murder is Murder, and there is no Mistake about it, no matter which process you take.

  3. Deirdre says:

I wont watch the video (legit or not). But I will comment that the statements and action are true goddess worship at its pinnacle.

  4. Dedra says:

    Well said….short but sweet!

  5. Andrea Doig says:

As disturbing as this video was what’s more disturbing is all the care and comfort this murderer received while a baby was sucked out and ripped apart. The fact she doesn’t have a conscience doesn’t make it any less immoral.

  6. bert says:

So, Emily has determined that abortion can be a positive experience……..

Why is it then, that she seemed to be struggling to hold back tears as she proclaimed her decision to have an abortion?

I’ll be bold here and predict that Emily is going to suffer greatly for her decision; depression, suicidal ideation, and a diverse array of pathologies.

This was not the “easy” decision she purports it to be.

    • Cris Putnam says:

You’re correct and Emily did not really “film her abortion” if she had we should have witnesses the Dr. killing a small child.

This is sad, selfish and wrong!
